Below is the registration information for this year’s Annual Meeting which will be held at the Margaritaville Lake Resort, Lake of the Ozarks, July 23-25. We are trying out an online meeting registration…please give it a try! Or you may do the usual paper registration.
Annual Meeting Registration Form 2025
We have a block of rooms set aside at a rate of $179/night (plus resort fees) at Margaritaville. The hotel link is provided here and also in the registration form.
The golf tournament will continue to be a part of our activities this year and will be held at The Oaks Golf Course. For non-golfers on Wednesday afternoon, we are offering an “Off the Rails” bowling event at the Margaritaville bowling alley. Then wake up early for the MIRMA Health 5K Run/Walk on Thursday morning and end the day with a banquet and The Big Game Show! Thursday’s keynote will be presented by Shannon McKain, Speaker and Consultant, which will be both a motivational session on rally mentality, and a second educational session on the five different generations and how to work/communicate among them.
The MIRMA Annual Meeting is also a good opportunity to have your elected officials attend and learn more about the Association. Elected officials may register at a reduced rate if the city is registering one person at the regular rate. In addition, this conference is guest friendly. If you choose to bring a guest, they can register to attend several events with you, including the golf outing or bowling, 5K, the annual banquet, and Thursday night’s entertainment.
